1111 Synthetic Valve Lube
1111 Synthetic Valve Lube is a synthetic lubricant for
application to valves, swivel joints, pumps, and flanges
where sour gases, including hydrogen sulfide, and crudes
are present. 1111 Synthetic Valve Lube has a temperature
range of 0°F to >400°F (-17°C to >204°C) and a penetration
of 220. After injection into the valve 1111 Synthetic Valve
Lube protects the valve from galling or scoring thus
significantly reducing torque requirements for normal
operation. It is water-resistant, protects against corrosion
thus extending the life of equipment, and is extremely
adhesive to all metal surfaces.
