404EU All-Purpose Lubricant and Sealant
Lubon 404EU is an all-purpose lubricant and sealant for applications that require the best lubrication available. Lubon 404EU’s processing and formulation enable it to provide a versatility not found in conventional lubricants. Lubon 404EU may be used on brass, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel, as well as conventional steel threads. Lubon 404EU is made with LIQUILON®* which is inert and unaffected by acids, oils, caustics, and common solvents. It is used in applications with temperatures to >400°F (>204°C) and services pressures up to 10.000 psi. Lubon 404EU gives long-lasting protection to coated parts, which keeps equipment in top operating condition. Lubon 404EU is recommended for the lubrication requirements of equipment that must be operated over extended periods of time or where shut downs are prohibitive. Equipment wear will be reduced and loss of lubrication will be stopped by the unique sealing characteristics of Lubon 404EU. Lubon 404EU possesses a unique plating and coating ability which provides a residual lubrication film that eliminates metal-to-metal contact and prevents rust and corrosion.
